Friendly coworkers overall, but be cautious—some women in the construction department tend to spread rumors and speak negatively about other.

This role was marked by an exceptionally toxic and unprofessional work environment. Management consistently displayed favoritism, often based on personal bias, and made it clear when certain staff were not liked. There was no formal training or onboarding—employees were thrown into responsibilities and later blamed for not performing correctly, despite never being shown how. When issues arose, leadership would ignore factual evidence of completed work and instead accuse staff of lacking initiative or effort. Constructive feedback and recognition were nonexistent, and any pushback or clarification was met with dismissal. A clear conflict of interest existed due to family members in leadership positions, which worsened the culture of bias and unfair treatment. The workplace suffered from extremely high turnover—at least eight employees resigned during my short tenure. Ultimately, if management disliked someone, they would strip them of responsibilities and use that as grounds for termination or layoff.

Steady work and coworkers are great.

The owner will say he wants communication but then says he is inundated with emails or phone calls or text messages especially when he is not in the office. He does not respond in a timely fashion.
