Pros

Easy apply & Interview process...they really want you to be successful.

Cons

Training lacking structure. Too many ways to get infractions once in production and you find out as you go along. Consistency is poor among management. Pay does not increase, but responsibility does and there is little mobility options unless you want to manage people.

Unfair practices abound. I started with them feb 2026 in their google rater project. They randomly laid us off saying that it was google's fault when that ended up being a lie. They love to try a fabricate reasons to let you go and the managers HATE taking accountability when they are proven wrong. They already had two MAJOR layoffs from Google so you think that they would appreciate anyone working at all. They laid off the google search rater projects and then put the same job back up on their site not even a week later. Micromanaging, have to fill out a form every time you are away for more than 5 mins . Ancient point system that they love to randomly adjust to their liking despite what the handbook says. My entire training class have already left. we have only been on the benefits projects for 2 weeks.
