1. Extreme polities 2. Very bad upper management - especially HR and managers and CEO 3. Employees are working since the pay is good and are just quite 4. Extremely unprofessional environment where the culture is to show off without knowledge of the domain 5. Grievance can’t be addressed anywhere since right from HR to CEO all work hand in glove 6. If you think any of this is false - please ask HR for attrition report 7. Departments are not working in tandem with one another , creating data redundancy 8. No data management systems 9. Suggestions are not welcome
