Pros

Challenging projects, some of the colleagues are complaining about the technology used, but it is actually quite the top one. A lot you can learn yourself on how to work in international environment. Depends on team you are in, you can really come with nice solution. Every role has its task to do. Many people complain about the salary, but if you have experience and skills you will be paid well.

Cons

Declared mission & vision not aligned with reality. No strategical thinking about where to go and lack of proper plans and focus on finishing given tasks on all levels. CEO changes strategy every week. CEO has not real picture on what is happening in the company. Company is not doing any digital transformation, it develops websites and provides teams for clients. No one cares about people satisfaction and feelings, expectations are not set right. Lack of transparency. Lack of the processes. Lack of management that works systematically on given tasks. All seniors left, there is no one to learn from. Company is turning into outsourcing shop for developers. Quality of development is low so company cannot sell additional services. No managed learning. No one takes care about internal communication.

Hello, we believe you are painting a misleading picture of our company. We try our best to keep the strategy in place and make sure that it is clear to everyone in the company. It is completely false that our CEO is unaware of what is happening throughout the company. HR, Actum

Pros

Great colleagues and very talented professionals. Interesting clients Flexibility

Cons

Despite the company’s stable growth, the way it treats people is unacceptable. Layoffs are frequent, sudden, and handled without basic respect — for example, language teachers were terminated via email, while their students found out before them. All employee benefits disappeared with them. Unfortunately, the CEO is dragging the company down. His public behavior, especially on LinkedIn, is highly unprofessional and damages the company’s reputation. He openly disrespects remote work and assumes that anyone not in the office isn’t doing their job. In one all-hands meeting, he even asked people to leave the room simply because they chose to stand rather than sit. An environment led like this is neither healthy nor safe. The rest of the leadership team operates in a similar manner — lacking empathy, trust, and transparency. All decisions are made solely by the CEO. HR exists only as a formality and is treated as a powerless back office. In my business unit, one of the top roles is held by a person with an extremely toxic attitude — constant belittling, micro-management, and dismissing the experience of even highly senior colleagues are common. This behavior is not only tolerated by leadership but actively encouraged. Because of this, even the most talented people who are still holding on are likely to leave soon. It’s simply not a sustainable environment to work in long term. Also, dont expect any salary increase even if the company is growing and you get great feedback.
