If you're looking for a place where you can thrive, I'd strongly advise against considering this workplace. The management is disappointingly dysfunctional and fosters a highly toxic environment. Despite their claims of humility, it's merely a facade.

Mac Book Work from home Nothing else

Working here is a slow descent to madness. The CTO was extremely rude and was very demotivating. Don't fall for the happy picture they try to paint here. On paper they give quarterly week offs, but no one actually takes it as it has to be taken based on CTOs convenience. People here work round the clock. They work on weekends, national holidays and restricted holidays as well. Almost everyone is burnt out. There is no proper planning in this company and the same goes with their products. Do not expect any support or honesty from peers as well, because half the people working there are the kind of people who will dance to the tune of the management. They have no concern for employee welfare. They think that just because they pay you, they own you. I now hear that the old CTO is gone, so maybe work environment has become better but can't say for sure.
