Cons
- Honestly think that the services are somewhat a scam. Like patient came in, and complain of having a neck pain, they will still charge you RM250 for the treatment, which have the same price if you have pain on your whole body.
- When patient requested for treatment from the boss, he will always be late to the appointment. And it is not 5-10 minutes late. Most of the time he's 30-40 minutes late. Which I think is unfair when they paid for his treatment. And 70% of the time, the staff will do the treatment for him and he will only come in for a good 20 minutes.
