The whole company is horrible, I felt bad for the kids but it is not worth it when you know management just cares about their money

Pros

Fully Remote. That's really it.

Cons

Pretty much every team/division/contract is understaffed. The pay is so low that it is hard to find people capable of multitasking while handling medical records with the carefulness they should. People are constantly moving around. Just because you got hired for a specific role/contract, doesn't mean you have any choice in staying there. I guess the way Acuity is able to make competetive bids on contracts is by understaffing and underpaying employees. The pay is not enough to attract good talent ($16.20 starting pay), and the work is too demanding to be understaffed, yet they don't seem to care enough to change any of that.
