Pros
Great people who are 100% supportive of one another, excellent colleagues/managers who genuinely care about everyone's wellbeing. Flexibility is second to none, which is a huge benefit to work:life balance, as is being based from home. Lovely being part of a successful, growing business and to grow with it.
