Stale company culture. No team morale. Employees are bright & hard-working, but their talent is ultimately wasted. - Data and Policy Analyst - Statistical Programmer Acumen Employee Review
Fitness instructors come on-site to teach classes.
Their training program is very comprehensive (but it's in SAS, which isn't a very marketable skill outside of medical data analysis), and the trainers are very kind!
They are open to hiring new grads without any experience.
Cons
Employees are like drones/robots. The office noise level is "library-like." Feels semi-apocalyptic/dystopian. No creativity nor does management/leadership value it. No team morale. People are there simply to work and get paid, and go home.

We are always looking to improve the employee experience and thank you for your input and insights.
- The work is intellectually engaging and gave me many chances to grow technically.
- I learned a lot from talented coworkers and appreciated being part of projects with real-world relevance.
- There was also good exposure to translating technical work into clear, usable takeaways.
Cons
- The work can be intense and detail-heavy, and deadlines can sometimes feel demanding.
- Priorities may shift quickly, which can make it hard to plan ahead.
- At times, the volume of revisions and fast pace can be stressful.
