      Pros

      Good opportunities for developing your skills; peers and supervisors are not afraid to give feedback on your work and have a deep understanding of their specialties and how to keep contract clients happy.

      Cons

      Hard to maintain a work-life balance; responsibilities sometimes surpass role descriptions and pay. More tenured employees tend to set an example of overworking that rubs off on newer generations of employees.
