Pros

Genuine, hardworking people are attracted to the company as it offers visa sponsorship and they recruit new graduates.

Cons

Despite hardworking, good people being in the company, the organization as a whole is toxic. They overhire and then fire without warning. The CEO is a snobby Stanford University professor who regularly screams at his employees. This company lets people think their jobs are secure and will suddenly terminate without severance. They typically fire people on Thursdays and Fridays without putting people on notice, either as a possible cost-cutting measure or putting people on performance-improvement plans beforehand. Management is also an old-friends club. There are certain managers who have been there a long time but whose direct reports always seem to either leave by choice or get fired. It is not standard practice for this company to request feedback about managers, either from the manager or from their respective supervisors. Quality leadership is lacking. Finally, this is not a company with outstanding benefits. They barely offer PTO and they pay low for the areas where the offices are located.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. We do our best to recognize staff with competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities. Upward reviews for managers are part of the performance review process, as we agree that there is always room for improving managing practices. Unfortunately, performance and business circumstances occasionally warrant termination of employment, which we acknowledge is difficult for all parties involved.
