      -Relatively interesting work depending on the project -Knowledgeable coworkers willing to help -Flexibility to go fully remote though with cut in pay

      -Little support and direction from managers/senior level -Bland company culture and no efforts to engage employees into volunteering/social/happy hour/conference events

One point you make about pay is worth further discussion -- namely, our locality pay policy that incentivizes employees to work on-site rather than remotely.       - The work is intellectually engaging and gave me many chances to grow technically. - I learned a lot from talented coworkers and appreciated being part of projects with real-world relevance. - There was also good exposure to translating technical work into clear, usable takeaways.
