Pros
This company has some very intelligent people that work here and it's very pleasant to work with all of them. There is a relaxed dress code which is great as well.
Cons
Management makes all decisions with little to no input from the engineers. If there are new projects or other tasks that fall into your lap, it feels like it came out of nowhere. The project loads tend to be 2 projects per engineer when it should be the other way around. Workload gets consistently increased with no indication of it getting decreased. Working long hours seems to be the norm with all engineers while hiring seems to have flatlined. Sometimes it may feel like if you're not the one working long hours, you need to pick up the pace and get your work done. There is no transparency between upper management and the employees about rash decision making.
