The pay is just okay.

Horrible company system. The supervisors are very repetitive of their follow ups even though you just sent an update. And they give you the assignments at a terrible position like when the grades have already failed and they will blame you if the student's grades cannot be revived even though you did well in the class. The issuance of pay is also horrible. The conversion is low and the level of complexity of the assignment and the amount you get for it is not justifiable.
