Pros
Good benefits for a single person family coverage is a little high but what can you say when the network of employees is small you have to pay more it is what it is you want better health coverage go to a big and not work other than that other benefits were good atmosphere was good staff was friendly I mean do what you have to do that's all it's a job you're not there to become best friends with everybody
Cons
I would have to say the only con is that when it comes to realizing what they have they fail to understand that money talks, but since they rather pay management more money and not give it to the people actually produce the revenue for the company it's kind of messed up in my opinion
