Pros
Most people working here are nice and friendly. A widely multicultural company which values diversity and different cultures.The company is growing fast . Company introduced some extra leave option which is much appreciated. A good place to work if you are not after career progression and just want to do your work and get paid.
Cons
Some Manager highly lack people skill. Managers don't give much thought on career progression of their team member. Rather than providing training to current staff some manager prefers to hire senior from outside the company. In some departments promotion depends on personal choice and rapport. No appreciation or reward for hard working staff which is highly demotivating . You work hard or do just routine job is all the same. Many of the current good employees looking for other opportunities as they realised that there is hardly any scope for career progression.
