If you work for a client you'll get stuck in a dead end job reporting to someone that doesn't know or care what you do. The mid-year review and the end of the year review is a waste of time you won’t be promoted based on performance. BSG is the worst group to work for. The vp’s are robotic with their responses and won’t even acknowledge you.
