      Zero work life balance. Weekend Working culture. Expected Working hour is more than 12 hrs. Project timeline are very tight.

      Startup culture, each one is given full responsibility, less micromanagement(atleast when the company was small).

      The company is hiring people who are bringing the MNC culture into it, decreasing productivity.
