      Pros

      Freebies, office culture is on the laid back side of things, there's great benefits and tons of vacation time, and easy commute to the office.

      Cons

      Very very very poor leadership with upper management, and it is easy to become over-looked in a supportive role.

      Pros

      Good people and a pretty supportive environment overall. Work-life balance was better than a lot of other tech jobs and expectations were generally reasonable. Learned a lot working with different teams.

      Cons

      Some older internal systems can make certain projects take longer than expected. Depending on the team, processes can sometimes feel a little slow.
