      Pros

      Great hardworking, smart, friendly people to work with.

      Cons

      Constant churn for all the wrong reasons. No clarity on future o this company. Constant layoffs. Just had some now (March 2025), and while not widely known, but already shared in leadership meetings, more coming in September.

      Pros

      Good people and a pretty supportive environment overall. Work-life balance was better than a lot of other tech jobs and expectations were generally reasonable. Learned a lot working with different teams.

      Cons

      Some older internal systems can make certain projects take longer than expected. Depending on the team, processes can sometimes feel a little slow.
