      -Lack of onboarding and training - I worked 7 months straight. Checking the inbox on weekends too. I even worked while I had the flu. After 7 months I needed a break (there was no PTO). I was burnt out. As there was no work, it was after Christmas and emails were averaging 3 day, and they had cut my hours, I took time off. Every day of that time off they blew me up asking why I wasn’t working and rescinded my access. I was so blown away after how much I put into the company, I decided not to return.

      Would have not written this review, but enough is enough. Worked there in 2021, was still super immature. Made a lot of mistakes 100% fair that they let me go. 2025 I had a job interview, CEO told the new potenital company "I was a headache and to avoid me." 4 YEARS LATER. Disgusting character. Some people actually grow did you know that? If the CEO denies it and lies, I have screenshots of everything. Clear indicator of toxic, immature leadership. Inappropriate behaviour. The CEO also called some clients "noobs," an inappropriate way to talk about clients. Would have kept this private but if somebody attacks my reputation I defend it. If the entity denies it, still have a screenshot, so it's definitely lying.
