Pros
- Great teammates and managers with whom you learn every day with.
- You feel the impact that every person has on the company; gaining so much momentum that it's spreading like wildfire.
- A super solid salary with a great benefits package.
- A solid view of where the company is going and why it's going there.
Cons
Like with every start-up, once you start gaining momentum and hiring more people, things start to get tighter at the office:
- We're starting to run out of space.
- It's getting a lot noisier, so it's a bit hard to concentrate.
- Finding a seat for lunch is, at most, a competition.
- Finding a good parking spot is also becoming a bit of a hassle. To the point where we're probably going to start parking by the beach (yes, we're near a beach in Dorado) if we keep hiring a large amount of people so quickly.
