      I've never been with a company that cares this much about its employees. Leadership truly listens and tries to adjust company trajectory to serve its employees as much as the clients. They have even paid for personal development classes for me in leadership and other avenues. I cannot express enough how thankful I am to be a part of Ad Sales Genius.

      Cons

      The customers can be a challenge but are truly appreciative when youre able to help them.

      - wonderful working conditions - amazing culture - everyone I work with has shown so much compassion and support towards me as I began my journey with ASG - I feel valued and appreciated for the work I put in - very collaborative and welcoming environment - compensation is fair, for the work required

      I don’t really have any cons to discuss. My environment allows me to openly discuss any concerns or questions I have.
