Pros
Only positive thing i can say is it's fully remote
Cons
Communication is nonexistent and never progresses, and I began to feel that this was intentional. In terms of development, there were no initiatives either from the company or from the employees. However, everything was consistently portrayed as if it were operating at a very high level. Feedback, whether constructive or critical, was not taken into consideration.
There was a clear distinction between lower and upper levels, the reasoning behind which I could never understand. The so-called upper level would reach out to you daily and try to get their work done quickly if they had a direct interest, but when you asked for input or clarification, the responses were dismissive. On top of this, salaries were far below market standards.
