Great place to work - Account Manager AdMax Local Employee Review

AML is an excellent place to work. It’s a small but elegant team full of smart people that know paid search and paid social very well. The leadership is outstanding, as the Global Managing Director does weekly one-on-one check-ins with each team member to help with critical projects and make sure their work life balance is staying up to par. The team has daily check-ins. The culture is a relaxed one, but you are expected to get your work done on time and schedule.

The team is small, so if someone is out or on vacation the work load can sometimes be heavy depending on the client.

PTO is great as if WFH policy

Company started out great but as we found out that they were not profitable and were having a hard time achieving profitability, culture & trust collapsed. Company is now hiring contractors versus permanent employees which hurts culture and team building. There is no sales team as they rely on David to bring in accounts. Merger with RE Digital has been a disaster and drove out good employees/managers.
