PTO is minimal, 401K takes multiple YEARS to vest and you can't contribute until you've been there for a year, maternity leave is laughable considering the majority of people are this company are woman in their mid 20's-30's -turnover is super high, which ensures lack of continuity on long-term projects and creates undue stress While all agency work comes with some cons (eg, occasional long hours, tight deadlines, balancing multiple high-priority projects), it's really the toxic company culture here that makes this place truly dreadful to work at.
