5yAdSearch appreciates all feedback from former employees. I'm sorry you didn't have the experience that the the vast majority of our current employees are experiencing. Most of our employees are long-term, happy and productive.
Regarding lying to clients, that is something we have never tolerated. Additionally, management consistently monitor calls and provides training so that our customer-facing employees are able to give accurate information to the client of their account, inform them of our strategy, and make appropriate recommendations for actions outside of our control. In the end, we have no reason to lie to our customers as our performance is exemplary-- we actually seek superlative transparency in regards to performance as this helps our phenomenal retention rate.
