Pros
- Big brand names to add to your portfolio
- Decent place to start your career with
- Can negotiate high package if just joining, not so.much during appraisal though
- Some people are great and you can learn a lot from them.
- Overall a young company, hires folks from SRCC
Cons
1. Leadership lacks direction and vision, have been trying to become a SaaS company for 3+ years now, but founders dont really understand how SaaS works.
They brought in a third cofounder (after 8 years) who also eventually left because of the same
2. There's politics and lottttsss of it. From top to bottom, affects everyone. Also there are men ( a few) in power who are actually perverts. So if you are a girl, be extra careful.
3. It can get toxic, totally depends on your team and manager but for some, it can get toxic as hell.
4. Not the real close knit startup culture anymore, just another agency with client pressure.
