Pros
smart and bright colleagues, you are expected to get things done obviously but it doesn't feel like managers/skip managers/PM breathing down your neck to get stuff out asap. everyone seem friendly and helpful, just one slack message away. fully remote but also has a very nice office.
Cons
doesn't feel like there's a clear path to grow, pay is disappointing, titles seem quite inflated here (if contrasting to gargantua players in the tech game), no clear solid vision from leadership of where to head toward, there could definitely be more gender diversity in the leadership team (though I can say the same for a lot of tech companies out here).
