Poor Management - Account Manager Adam Phones Employee Review

When I joined it was a friendly place to work with lovely colleagues. The end of year bonus was generous.

The company was sold, went downhill from there. Low morale, bonus reduced and bad management.

Can't really say there was much apart from the basic salary.

Unsupportive. No room to progress nor negotiate. Needs of the management before staff. Difficult to get annual leave if your on a late shift. Management can be spiteful and insincere and borderline bullying . Promises are not upheld and mislead. Poor work life balance.
