you have set dates and times to work constantly. overtime is always available. you get paid on a weekly base.

can be unorganized. training isn't done well theirs no hand book with set day to day things you do or well enough explanation for things. a lot of blaming each other for mistakes so you have to cover yourself and your tracks. a lot more work then expected for your pay
