Low cost benefits, lots of holiday pay
Cons
Very high stress, very high turnover, pay is not at all in line with required education and experience needed to do the job. Management does not change, even with overwhelming evidence of issues and talk of wanting to make changes. Always stops at "quick fixes". If you do something wrong they don't tell you how to do it right, or that you need to fix it, you are just served a corrective action plan with no option for dispute.
