Pros
I love my job at Adams! I do a lot of the marketing and help out around the office as well. Everyone in the office is extremely nice and easy to get along with. The hours are great and I am even able to work able to work from my office at my home at times, which makes it very flexible and nice. I really like the company, I have been working there for a little over a year now and I really have had not one issue or anything that I can complain about. I look forward to going to work each and everyday, and what make me happy is knowing that we are helping owners get their properties back to normal after some sort of “disaster” whether it be “big” or “small” and seeing the smile that we put on their face once our work is done. I also love bring in more work for Adams, so everyone all around becomes more successful and busy, due to the larger work load, at the end of everyday I always feel like I made a difference and had a positive successful day.
Cons
There is not one thing I can even think to complain about while working for Adams. However, I have learned a lot about the industry and it is very brutal, and the reputation many companies have and the rumors they are started are extremely dramatic and it reminds me of being in high school, I have found though, that you can stay away from all that and just work hard and focus on yourself and the company you work for because I seem to be very successful at what I do compared to the rest. I realized that Adams is different from the rest; they are honest, loyal, understanding, and bend over backwards for anyone (whether it be an employee, homeowner, someone who sends us business), this is a great company and I have much respect for them and will continue to, whether I work there or not.
