Very fun place to work with caring and helpful co-workers. The environment makes work fun and I love how we are all a team. Adams has great morals and business ethics, which is why I also enjoy working there, especially for the type of industry we are in. I have also learned a lot about the industry and I even have gotten promoted after only working there for a few months.

My main goal at Adams is to collect the money on completed jobs that customers owe us on, however there are many times where the customers become hard to deal with once the job is completed because they do not want to pay, which becomes frustrating because we did the work and they were extremely satisfied, however once its time to pay it becomes a struggle.
