Pros

Dr Nelson and Dr Gross were nice humans that treated you like another fellow human.

Cons

Toxic for everyone except the owner/lead vet whose anger/irritable nature made everyone, even her beloved head receptionist, good friend/veterinarian upset/resentful/bitter. Entitled clients with headaches are ok to swear at you on the phone and not properly apologize, because they are bread and butter of the clinic.

Pros

Wonderful support staff, excellent veterinary care, great schedule and family environment.

Cons

Be prepared for owners to take time to trust you, but this is understandable since they want what it best for their pets

Pros

Most people are very nice and form a tight bond. The care of the animals is very good.

Cons

Owner/head vet and LVT are very mean, angry people. They use intimidation, anger, over-reacting and constant critisism as their method of handling any and every situation, no matter how nitpicky. Very stressful, negative environment where the employees are not valued. No breaks unless there is absolutely nothing left to do in the hospital, including scrubbing walls and toilets. If all is done, you can clock out and sit to eat. Otherwise, you have to graze. I have never left a job with no notice, but felt threatened and the stress was taking its toll on my health, so I walked away. Cannot tell you how badly those 5 months affected me. Steer clear! As a side note, the place is not computerized and the paper trail is unorganized and endless. Owner refuses to change with the times and modernize. There isn't even internet or email.
