      Timely payment, pleasant intake at headquarters

      Cons

      Lack of communication, lack of interest, was misinformed a couple of times, had a perfomance review with the company I was placed without me present, or even informing me about this, or the outcome. I never felt genuinly engaged by the company.

      a lovely international team; strong expertise and market knowledge; good systems; caring attitude; fantastic team events; offer plenty of opportunities to learn and develop personally

      rather small and only in the Netherlands; it's growth and projects are very much dependent on the market situation

      Small company with limited growth opportunities, not specialised and base salary is low but the commission structure balance it
