Pros
It is rewarding knowing our efforts at Adams contribute to helping young men and women obtain a high school level education and often trade or skill they can use to better their lives. Adams matches 401K, and has a decent number of paid holidays off. Their vacation and sick time are competitive with other companies. As with any workplace we have challenges but under great management I have had the opportunity to grow in my role at the company and I’m a better in my profession for it. Adams has been fair and I can certainly see myself here for many years.
Cons
We currently have mediocre health benefits. That said, they have gotten better in the last year and decision makers on the top work to improve benefits with minimum cost increases to the employee.
