Salaries are good Jib responsibilities are defined and specific Hr is good .Shall take care of your accommodation etc. Shall try ti accommodate you in another project /maintenance if current project is completed.
Cons
Work hours are unusually long . Six day working. Responsibilities are specific. Fir example if you are working in construction at site, you can't interfere in engineering. More control from ho . Less trust on site as far as commercial activities are concerned. Higher positions with less responsibilities Dominated by different groups joined from outside. Not much mgmt attention if you are working below sr mgr positions
