I've really enjoyed working at Adapt. People really value one another and the management and compensation are very fair. The current CEO has an open door policy and is very responsive to input and suggestions. We are growing fast and I think the management team has a good market strategy.
Cons
Being a relatively small startup, they don't have deep pockets like larger companies.
