Pros

Interactions with the clients can be wholesome, and relaxed middle management. My manager is really chill. His manager's manager, not so much.

Cons

Complete inability to properly communicate anything to anyone including staff, clients, or medical professionals. Insurance is absolutely horrible. Training is horrible. Expectations of technicians are completely unreasonable. New company policies are counter productive and absolutely disruptive.

Pros

Immediate management is okay, they do the best they can with what they have.

Cons

Obscenely low pay, the company took away annual merit raises and give out almost offensive raises. Received a Fourteen cent raise last year despite Adapt being a multi billion dollar company. There is no work life balance here, and you accrue PTO at a laughable rate. There’s no sick time in your benefits. No flexibility in schedule and you will be required to be in a roach infested building even if you have zero patient interaction.
