      Many of my coworkers were good to work with

      Cons

      Lazy/unreliable staff is protected while hard workers are penalized and painted as difficult for speaking up about issues Staff forced to work overtime every single day because the sales team has poor relationships with its referrals and products are pushed out with no regard for the delivery personnel Policies are not followed and patients are endangered Local management made aware of issues but they lie, ignore and prop up their family members who work for the company

      Pros

      Interactions with the clients can be wholesome, and relaxed middle management. My manager is really chill. His manager's manager, not so much.

      Cons

      Complete inability to properly communicate anything to anyone including staff, clients, or medical professionals. Insurance is absolutely horrible. Training is horrible. Expectations of technicians are completely unreasonable. New company policies are counter productive and absolutely disruptive.
