      The people at Adaptec Solutions make it a great Company. Employees and Managers care about their job and each other. The Company does a really good job at promoting employees from within and provide a generous referral bonus program ($2K).

      Cons

      No Company is perfect. The recent leadership changes will only improve, enhance, elevate, and strengthen this organization.

      Good focus on training, Company Vehicle, Per Diem when staying overnight, Company credit card.

      Cons

      Unpredictable Schedule, Many major changes from upper management over short periods of time, poor communication from upper management.
