Lack of job stability due to biotech sector

Struggling to find any when comparing to opportunities in large bio/pharma. It was a promising company for the first couple of years. Then the market downturn and heavy turnover happened. I would say if you prefer a big title over better pay, you can easily achieve this since it’s a very small company with a lot of turnover. There’s no competition and internal advancement is easy. Just be prepared for high stress.

Heavy workload with no work life balance. Extremely stressful environment with toxic management. Burnout with a year recovery period followed. If you need an interim job to pay the bills while looking, then proceed. Long term career with stability and development, stay away. This is not a good atmosphere to work in.
