Recently acquired leaders are the company's best hope for a non-toxic workplace. There are some great people there, and lifelong friendships forged. Pay was good.
Cons
My personal leadership's response to her team's cautionary tales of unsustainable work streams was akin to "beatings shall continue until morale improves". Team has had 100% turnover in just over two years, with a history of high attrition and conflict with leadership. CEO is out of touch with what is really going on, and doesn't solicit feedback from the boots on the ground.
