Pros

OK, so working for AdaptiveBee it's like a roller-coaster. Everyday brings new challenges and keeps your mind working with the right solutions. Sometimes you might get it right but sometimes you might get it wrong. The cool part about this company is that you are allowed to learn from your own mistakes and this helps you grow as a professional. Besides profesionalism and loads of hard work, we are a bunch that has loads of fun - Going to LaserTag, Football, movies, we are yet to try the theatre, and loads of pubs. So come join the awesomeness.

Cons

Just can't think of anything.

Pros

Wonderful people! All extremely nice and polite and helpful. I found the environment to be friendly and comfortable. Not formal at all. but very nice!

Cons

Unless you are working high up it's not a job taken too seriously by anyone working there at all. They enjoy coming because it's easy and laid back but no one takes the job seriously other than the people who are higher positions.

Pros

- independent work is valued and you are given leeway to handle your tasks as you see fit, without too much hovering from management - small homogenous teams (2-3 people) - freedom to switch projects or to propose any changes to existing products - very dynamic: we use the latest tools, frameworks and technologies, technically diverse. - access to any training / certification of your choice on the company's money and time - many people with technical knowledge you can learn from - young management with forward vision, it's not a conservative company. - within a competitive fast paced industry, evolving daily - bonuses for recommandations - people are promoted as fast as they can prove themselves, it can take from 2 months to never, depending on how well you do. - bi-weekly pizza and beer parties on Fridays at the office - Game of Thrones Mondays - great environment, with young, active, fun colleagues - video games and ping pong table - flexible-ish hours, with work from home option

Cons

- whiplash changes/decisions, some even in a few weeks span. if you want predictable, it's not for you - the managers/operational employees ratio is very high and yet still some processes lack coordonation. - they tend to recruit senior level people for medium to low level jobs - a tiring and too long recruitment process
