I work fully remotely, in my own time zone. The processes are fast and free from unnecessary bureaucracy. I have interesting tasks, and it feels good to know that I’m working for quality, not quantity, that’s the most valuable thing for me right now.

I’m happy with the current benefits package, but I’d suggest adding something new - it’s always a nice gesture for employees.
