Employee Support and Development: We have implemented initiatives such as Nonviolent Communication (NVC) training, closer mentorship relationships, and parental leave benefits for B2B contracts to support the well-being and professional growth of our employees. We started using OKR framework to measure our progress and share our goals throughout the company.
Furthermore, we offer a comprehensive range of benefits to our employees, including flexible working hours, integration meetings, annual retreats, parental leave benefits, profit-sharing opportunities, and training budgets.
