Pros

Working at Adchitects was a truly positive experience for me. Everyone is approachable and willing to lend a hand or provide advice whenever needed, which made for a collaborative and supportive work environment. Whether you're a new hire or have been around for a while, you can easily talk to anyone, which is a huge benefit to my daily work experience. One of the key aspects that made me feel comfortable and valued here was the company's focus on inclusivity. As someone who is autistic, I greatly appreciated how they were understanding and proactive in accommodating my specific needs. They genuinely care about fostering an environment where everyone can thrive, and it’s clear that diversity and inclusion are important values to the team. Finally, I can’t overlook the team itself, leadership included. They are incredibly cool and down-to-earth. It’s rare to find such approachable leadership in a company, and it’s one of the reasons why I felt so comfortable asking for help or guidance when I needed it.

Cons

Being a smaller company, it sometimes felt like we were a bit stretched thin in terms of resources and manpower.

Salary lower by 25% if your contract is not B2B No salary correction for inflation Vague direction and goals to promotion Poor transparency The management, HR and team leaders are in cahoots - there's nothing you can do if you stepped on someone's toe. Malicious practices to avoid paying employees their bonuses Firing people for bad attitude Useless "mentors" with no social skills and empathy Best hardware goes to management and PM's, worst - to designers. No plan for sick/parental leave (B2B contract)
