Sure they have all the perks of a tech startup but they also have the employee support. The talent support and operational support in my experience has been one of the best.
Cons
Just like most young and growing tech companies the opportunities to put in extra hours and take on projects are plentiful.

Vey cliquey and laden with politics. Lot of the promotions didn't make any sense and just seemed to be based on the VP's mood on any given day. Favoritism galore and to top it off.... the clients are so difficult to deal with. Unrealistic expectations and no support from management when they are out of line. You will be demonized if you call it out.
