Great company, but not for me personally - Business Development Manager Addison Group Employee Review

Pros

Culture is second-to-none. Depending on the manager, you are given a lot of freedom to “run your own desk.” Great learning and development. Whether a recruiter or BDM, the job itself is not extremely difficult. There is so much growth potential at this point with the rapid growth of the organization.

Cons

I would like to make note that most of my cons are personal, and should not necessarily reflect poorly on Addison Group. I was not comfortable in a business development role. I was very bored and did not feel challenged at times because I didn’t have a passion for the work. The benefits are subpar overall, but pretty much market standard with staffing agencies.

Addison Group Response

First, thanks for sharing your thoughts – we agree we think our culture and learning development is second to none. We are constantly working to improve our trainings to ensure our employees are supported and able to learn the skills needed to be successful in “running their own desk”. While we are sad it didn’t work out – we understand staffing is not for everyone and wish you the best in your future!
