There is no “open door policy”. The second you bring up an issue with management, they find a way to fire you. Also if you quit, they will tell everyone you got fired instead. There is absolutely no ‘formal’ training whatsoever other than the videos you have to watch. So if you’re new to the staffing industry, this may not be the place to make you successful. Benefits are super expensive. And Compensation plan is only benefitting the company and management.
